First, I had to download and install the latest G4WL. Once that was done, I logged into G4WL. Next, I went into Steam, right clicked on GTA IV and selected properties. Then I clicked on Set Launch Options in the General Tab. In the box provided, I put "-nomemrestrict -norestrictions" (without the quotes) and hit okay, then hit close.

I tried to mod my grand theft auto IV original, however it kept getting stuck on the cousin bellic loading screen, I researched and found that the mod I may be using is patched (I used the iso mods on the sticky) and that i should try the game offline and clear my system cache.
